Give to the work of the Gospel

Luke 21:1-4 As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. “Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others. All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.

2 Corinthians 9:7 Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

God’s Word encourages us to give sacrificially (Lk 21:1-4) & cheerfully (2 Cor 9:7). Both are to be true in our hearts as we give to the work of the Gospel.

Giving financially enables the work we do to reach people with the gospel and make disciples together in South West Sydney. This includes staffing, building costs, ministry expenses, outreach events and more.

The most helpful way to financially support us is to set up a direct transfer via internet banking. Regular giving helps our Pastors, wardens and parish council prepare a budget and plan ahead each year.
